Training Expertise-  I am a certified fitness trainer and nutritionist with a passion for exercise and movement! I started my fitness journey through calisthenics and bodyweight exercises and they have continued to serve me in creating functional strength and lean muscle mass. You do not need an expensive gym or much equipment to achieve a super hero physique.
